Terminating Access

Amendments
Evans Kairu reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated through one or more of the following: an in-app notification; email notice to the address associated with the user's account; or a notice prominently displayed on the Company's website.
Effective Date of Amendments
Amended Terms become effective upon posting unless a later date is specified. For material changes, the Company will provide not less than fourteen (14) days advance notice prior to the effective date, except where changes are required by law or relate to new features added for user benefit, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Continued Use as Acceptance
Your continued use of the Application after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Application prior to the effective date of the amendment.

Complete Agreement: This document and our Privacy Policy represent the entire agreement between you and Evans Kairu and supersede all prior understandings.

Evans Kairu's failure to act on any violation of these Terms is not a waiver of our rights. We can enforce these Terms at any time.
Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without written consent. Evans Kairu may assign its rights in connection with a corporate transaction.
